Purchasing Assistant and Analyst_HC
Summary
Procurement assistant and analyst at Bosch Group in Shanghai: manages the WAVE procurement initiative-tracking tool and its rollout, trains and coaches APAC users, coordinates staff meetings and Sourcing Boards, plans PU-APAC activities, and supports management decks — relying on PMO, data/market/cost analysis, and AI tools.
- Manage Procurement’s initiative tracking tool WAVE’s replacement. Polish and update training material continuously, deliver training, support creating initiatives, monitor projects phases and input, and act as backup owner for all A type Direct Material category.
- Act as APAC Procurement WAVE master user to coach and monitor IOs updating projects status timely and properly. Bridge with BHC CTG on Procurement reporting to ensure proper alignment and prompt action if necessary.
- Coordinate PU-APAC, PUR2 staff meeting in agenda, meeting minutes, action log, and follow up.
- Coordinate Sourcing Board arrangement, process, review session, issues, actions, and record.
- Plan PU-APAC and PUR2 activities. Prioritize task if time conflict, coordinate with team and internal stakeholders when necessary on schedule.
- Book transportation. Arrange accommodation in business trip. Expense the cost and collect approval if necessary as PU-APAC’s full delegate.
- Support deck creation in REC, MBR, COO etc management meeting.
- Coordinate operational task as PU-APAC delegate.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Knowledge & Skills
- PMO, Data analysis, Market analysis, Market intelligence, cost analysis.
- AI tools.
- Strong Communication skill with various layers.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- English fluent as must.
- Open-minded, team-work spirited.
