Purchasing Assistant (Electronic Manufacturing) [EL]

Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Sourcing: Execute MRP-driven POs/RFQs; identify and evaluate local/overseas vendors for materials and machine parts.

Logistics & Planning: Oversee production planning and logistics; track shipments and manage warehouse inventory levels.

Negotiation & Finance: Secure competitive pricing and payment terms; ensure procurement functions remain cost-effective.

Technical & Analytical: Manage Engineering Changes (EC); analyze complex data sets to solve operational bottlenecks.

Management & Ad-hoc: Lead team projects; provide management reports; suggest system improvements; and handle ad-hoc tasks.
