Contract Buyer (Procurement / Raw Materials) | Medical Device MNC | Changi | Up to $6,000
Contract: 12 Months (Renewal / Conversion Possible)
Salary: $4,500–$6,000/month
Location: Changi
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (Occasional evening calls)
Job Scope:
- Manage purchasing of raw materials and manufacturing supplies
- Prepare purchase orders, quotations and procurement documentation
- Manage suppliers, negotiate pricing and ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels, material shortages and outstanding orders
- Coordinate with production, logistics and quality teams
- Analyse purchasing data and support cost-saving initiatives
Requirements:
- Hands-on procurement / buying experience is required
- Strong experience in supplier and vendor management
- Manufacturing / raw material procurement experience strongly preferred
- Able to attend occasional evening calls with overseas stakeholders
