Job Description

• Position Title: Purchasing Executive (Manufacturing)
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Process requisitions submitted by different departments.
• Source suppliers, compare quotations, and negotiate pricing.
• Purchase raw materials, equipment, parts, and other items required for operations and production.
• Prepare purchase orders and verify delivery orders.
• Ensure all purchasing documents are properly maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of relevant purchasing experience.
• Good knowledge of international trade administration, including import and export documents and Letters of Credit.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage.
