Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities ensuring accurate purchase orders and timely delivery.
• Develop sourcing strategies by analyzing market trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities to secure the best value for the company.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, sales, and inventory management to align procurement plans with operation schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance through regular evaluations and manage vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply chain reliability.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including inventory control and supply chain coordination, to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
• Maintain comprehensive procurement records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Experience

The Ideal Candidate

• Industry Expert: 6+ years of experience specifically in heavy equipment and truck parts purchasing.
• Educated: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Skilled Negotiator: Proven ability to handle complex negotiations and manage vendor relationships professionally.
• Organized & Independent: Able to manage multiple tasks and shift deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Professional: Exceptional communication skills (English) and the maturity to handle highly confidential matters.
• Prior experience working with logistics providers and managing supply chain risks is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to make informed purchasing decisions that support operational goals.
