Job Description

Manage the procurement of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies required for sauce manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate purchasing activities according to production requirements.

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, and reliability.

• Purchase ingredients such as chillies, tomatoes, soybeans, spices, and other food materials as required.

• Procure bottles, containers, caps, labels, cartons, and packaging supplies.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.

• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams on material requirements.

• Maintain purchasing records and monitor supplier performance.

• Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality.
