PURCHASING MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager with a strong background in the electronics manufacturing industry to join our team.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain.

• 3–5 years of leadership experience within the electronics or manufacturing industry.

• Strong experience sourcing electronic components such as PCBs, semiconductors, connectors, and related materials.

• Knowledge of MRP, Clear-to-Build (CTB), NPI processes, inventory management, supplier development, and Purchasing KPIs.

• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.

• Solid understanding of global supply markets and electronic component availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Procurement team, ensure material availability for high-volume electronics manufacturing operations, manage supplier performance and key Purchasing KPIs, prevent and resolve material shortages, and collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to mitigate Supply Chain risks.
