Purchasing Manager

Job Description:
Manage the procurement of fabrics, textile materials, accessories, packaging materials, and other supplies required for manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage purchasing activities according to production requirements.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, pricing, and reliability.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams on material requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply or quality issues.
• Maintain purchasing records, quotations, and supplier information.
• Identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs and improve efficiency.
