[Push on Apply] Product Manager I

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery through to delivery. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritise the roadmap, and ship outcomes that matter for our users and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area of ownership
  • Conduct user research, analyse data, and synthesise insights to identify high-impact opportunities
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritise ruthlessly based on user value, business impact, and effort
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver iterative, high-quality releases
  • Define and track success metrics, running experiments where appropriate
  • Communicate progress, trade-offs, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels
  • Champion the voice of the customer across the organisation

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of product management experience in a tech or SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, metrics, and A/B testing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience working in agile/scrum delivery teams
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • A collaborative mindset with a bias for action

Nice to Have

  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineers
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog)
  • Familiarity with modern discovery practices (e.g. opportunity solution trees, jobs-to-be-done)
