PV Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Pharmacovigilance Project Manager to join our team in Prague, CZ. This role ensures that client requirements are fulfilled, project deliverables are completed on time, and project team members accomplish their assigned tasks properly, while keeping communication between the client and the PV team trustworthy and smooth.

Within 3 months you will own a portfolio of several projects end-to-end.

What you'll do

• Represent the client's interests while safeguarding iVigee's agreed project scope
• Prepare project scope and objectives based on the signed Service Agreement
• Set up projects in JIRA, including issue creation and team access coordination
• Initiate project-specific SharePoint repositories and mailboxes, and manage access rights
• Author core project documents with proper version control and SOP-based approvals
• Manage client expectations and act as the primary point of contact for project matters
• Plan project activities and coordinate colleagues working on the project
• Create and maintain the project Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM)
• Identify and resolve project issues, escalating critical matters as needed
• Cooperate closely with Heads/Leads of PV Operational Departments on resourcing
• Ensure all team members are trained on relevant quality and project documentation
• Track deadlines and milestones, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery to clients
• Prepare monthly reports for clients and management, supporting budgeting and invoicing
• Monitor compliance and KPIs, propose corrective/preventive actions, and support audits and CAPA implementation
• Act as audit/inspection coordinator where applicable
• Manage handovers (temporary and permanent), including documentation and access deactivation
• Propose process improvements and contribute to project management tools/templates

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field (Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, Biology, etc.); PM certification is a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a PV Project Manager with strong knowledge of key pharmacovigilance processes, a minimum of 3 years with demonstrated independent management of PV projects will be considered
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Team-working ability, with capacity to motivate people and demonstrate leadership
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
