Python AI Orchestration Engineer at BairesDev

As a Python AI Orchestration Engineer, you will design and develop advanced AI solutions driven by intelligent agent workflows. You will connect sophisticated machine learning models with robust software systems, ensuring that multi-agent architectures operate efficiently and reliably at scale.

What You'll Do:

- Architect and deploy complex multi-agent workflows and orchestration frameworks.
- Build and optimize production-grade AI applications using Python.
- Evaluate and scale intelligent infrastructure to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define patterns for autonomous decision-making systems.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
- Proven expertise in Python development and building AI-driven solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and multi-agent workflows.
- Solid understanding of deploying, evaluating, and scaling AI production systems.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
