Role Summary

We are looking for an AI / Machine Learning Lead with strong hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and Generative AI. The role involves building scalable AI solutions, leading ML initiatives, and driving endtoend model development from design to production.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development and deployment of ML and Generative AI solutions along with Python
Design and implement forecasting, predictive, and deep learning models
Build RAG and Agentic AI applications using LLM frameworks
Own MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, and cloud deployments
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
Mentor and guide team of atleast 10 people
Responsible for the Design level decisions, Code Review and team handling is a must
Awareness of AI-DLC driven development
