Role overview

Were looking for a hands-on Python & AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled applications. This role combines strong Python engineering with practical experience building LLM and RAG solutions. You’ll lead technical teams, work directly with international clients, and turn business needs into secure, scalable software.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Develop hands-on AI solutions using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Lead architecture and implementation across APIs, backend services, integrations, and data flows.
• Evaluate models, frameworks, and infrastructure, and explain technical trade-offs to clients and internal teams.
• Lead engineers through design reviews, code reviews, implementation planning, and delivery.
• Engage directly with international clients to clarify requirements, present solutions, and communicate progress and risks.
• Set standards for code quality, testing, security, observability, and deployment.
• Collaborate with frontend teams; contribute to React development when needed.

Required qualifications

• Strong, hands-on Python development experience, including building and operating production systems.
• Practical experience delivering AI applications using LLMs and RAG.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong Django and FastAPI experience.
• Proven technical leadership or lead experience, including guiding engineers and owning delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with international, client-facing teams.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and explaining those designs to varied audiences.

Good to have

• React experience, including integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, vector databases, and production AI monitoring.
• Experience with AI evaluation, prompt management, and safeguards for LLM applications.
