- Implement failure diagnostics & triage tooling (log parsing, artifact capture, root-cause hints).
- Improve automation stability, reproducibility, and execution efficiency; reduce flakiness.
Skills Needed (Must-Have):
- 6-10 years in test automation / system validation for complex stacks.
- Strong Python (frameworks, tooling, scripting); solid Linux/Unix + Bash.
- Test frameworks: PyTest (or equivalent), test design, fixtures, mocking basics.
- CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins/GitLab CI/GitHub Actions) and pipeline-driven testing.
- Strong Git workflows (branching, tagging, release-based validation).
- Debugging skills across kernel/userspace, drivers, services; strong log-based triage mindset.
- Ability to build reports/metrics (JUnit/HTML style), trend tracking, actionable dashboards.
Skills (good to have):
- Knowledge of Robotics and physical AI is preferable.
