Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Associate Principal with strong expertise in Python, data science, and AWS streaming services to architect scalable data processing solutions, real-time streaming pipelines, and advanced analytics solutions for enterprise data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Python-based data processing, data science, and automation solutions.
- Architect and optimize real-time streaming pipelines using AWS Kinesis, Amazon MSK, or similar streaming platforms.
- Lead data ingestion, processing, and real-time analytics across streaming and batch data sources.
- Establish data quality, governance, monitoring, and security standards for data pipelines.
- Analyze complex datasets and translate business requirements into actionable, data-driven solutions.
- Automate data workflows to improve efficiency, reliability, and operational performance.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce Python coding standards, and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver business value.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and recommend emerging technologies and best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python programming for data processing and data science.
