Python Developer

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer to join CDI / CleanOPS team, responsible for building and enhancing solutions for synthetic data generation and processing in a modern AWS-based environment.

This is a backend-focused engineering role with a strong emphasis on Python development, relational databases, software design principles, and clean coding practices. The team works in an agile setup, delivering incremental solutions that enable the safe use of realistic, non-production data for development and analytical purposes.

Tech stack: Python, AWS, Relational Databases, Git, Jira, REST APIs
Start: September / October 2026
Contract: Approximately 12 months with extension potential
Team: CDI / CleanOPS – Data & Synthetic Data Engineering
Process: 1–2 technical interviews, no coding task
Location: Remote

Expectations

• Commercial experience in Python development.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).

• Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices, clean code principles, and design patterns.

• Hands-on experience with relational databases.

• Practical experience working with AWS services.

• Proficiency with Git version control.

• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a development team.
