Python Developer
Salary: Rp 5.500.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Python applications and services that meet project requirements and quality standards
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, quality assurance specialists, and project managers to deliver solutions on time and within scope
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, implementing effective solutions to resolve technical problems
Optimise application performance and scalability through continuous improvement and refactoring
Integrate third-party APIs and libraries into applications as required by project specifications
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base materials for developed solutions
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Python best practices to continuously enhance your skillset
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year experience as Python Developer
Proven professional experience as a Python Developer or similar software development role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
Advanced proficiency in Python programming, including knowledge of popular frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming concepts
Experience with relational databases (such as PostgreSQL or MySQL) and basic database design principles
Familiarity with version control systems (particularly Git) and collaborative development workflows
Experience with RESTful API development and integration
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is advantageous
Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker is preferred
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices is a plus
