Your Mission

As a Python Developer, you will:

• Develop and enhance core frameworks used for risk data integration and risk calculation engines.
• Build scalable and maintainable software solutions that support critical business processes.
• Contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of the Risk Systems ecosystem.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications and frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical design of new features and enhancements.
• Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and performance-oriented.

Innovation & Problem Solving

• Rapidly prototype solutions to validate new ideas, technologies, and concepts.
• Explore innovative approaches to improve processes, automation, and system efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and technical challenges, proposing effective solutions.
• Contribute to strategic innovation initiatives across the Risk Systems organization.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure application performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
• Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
• Continuously improve development processes, tools, and frameworks.

Agile Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Participate actively in SAFe Agile ceremonies and team activities.
• Contribute to incremental deliveries that respond effectively to changing business requirements.
