About the Role Were looking for a Python Developer with strong AI skills to join our team full-time, working remotely from anywhere in India. Youll design, build and deploy AI applications using large language models (LLMs), frameworks such as Lang Chain and Llama Index, and scalable Python backends. Youll work with AI engineers, front-end developers and stakeholders to turn ideas into reliable, production-ready AI solutions. What Youll Do Build LLM-powered applications using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Llama Index or similar frameworks Design and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings and retrieval Develop AI agents and multi-step workflows with tool calling and function calling Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, as well as open-source models (Llama, Mistral, etc.) Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS or pgvector Write, test and refine prompts to improve output quality, accuracy and cost Build and maintain backend APIs using FastAPI, Django or Flask to serve AI features Evaluate and monitor model performance, handle hallucinations, and improve response quality Write clean, tested and well-documented code, and take part in code reviews Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, estimate effort and deliver solutions on time What Were Looking For Strong Python skills with solid Object-Oriented Programming and clean coding practices Hands-on experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index or similar LLM frameworks Practical experience building RAG systems and working with embeddings and vector databases Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Hugging Face, etc.) Good understanding of prompt engineering and LLM limitations such as context windows, token costs and hallucinations Experience building RESTful APIs with FastAPI, Django or Flask Familiarity with Git, testing practices and collaborative development workflows A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Nice to Have Experience with agent frameworks such as Lang Graph, CrewAI, Auto Gen or the Model Context Protocol (MCP) Knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, fine-tuning, or running open-source LLMs locally (e.g., Ollama, vLLM) Familiarity with LLM evaluation and observability tools such as Lang Smith, Langfuse or RAGAS Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) Basic front-end knowledge (React, JavaScript) for building AI demos and interfaces Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools A portfolio, GitHub projects or open-source contributions in the AI/LLM space Skills That Help You Succeed Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity about new AI developments Clear written and verbal communication, which matters even more in a remote team Teamwork in cross-functional environments Ability to manage your own time and work independently Experience working in agile or iterative development Why Join Integriti Core Fully remote: work from anywhere in India Cutting-edge work: build real-world LLM, RAG and agent-based AI products Learning and growth: work hands-on with the latest AI frameworks and models Collaborative culture: work closely with teammates and clients on real business problems Impact: help shape our AI products and technical direction .
