Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Experience in databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), SQL, web servers (e.g. Apache)
- Knowledge in Python or Java and frameworks related to the language.
- Knowledgeable in cloud environments (e.g GCP, Amazon)
- Knowledgeable in a Linux Environment and Docker.
- Knowledgeable in Scrum / Agile Methodology
- Knowledge in Kubernetes or similar technology is a plus.
- Able to work independently, with other team members, and across teams
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- BS degree in Computer Science, IT, or other relevant fields
Key Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and how they translate into application features
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
- Produce fully functional applications writing clean and efficient code
- Ability to write and design both client and server side API's
- Perform unit and integration testing before launch
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
- Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
- Develop technical documents to accurately represent application design and code
