Python Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our team in building scalable, high-performance components for a major platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional and object-oriented programming, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop horizontally scalable and reusable components within the core platform.
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices, with a focus on performance and stability.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for deployed code and provide support to other developers.
• Write clean, reusable, and extendable code that contributes to the core platform.
• Continuously work to simplify and optimize software solutions.
• Collaborate with peers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Build distributed and scalable services, including robust microservices.
• Write unit tests using frameworks such as pytest or unittest.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Python with a solid foundation in both functional and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience in building distributed systems and scalable microservices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
