- At least 7 years of deep experience building general software / web systems at a large-scale or similar experience
- Expertise in Python (3.x) -> Expertise in Python or equivalent OOP stack such as Java, Go, PHP, Node, etc.
- Proficiency in Frontend programming stack, preferably with ReactJS or NextJS. TS would be a plus.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with HTTP(s) protocol and RESTful specifications
- Experience leading major initiatives successfully
- Experience leading projects and teams accordingly
- Experience building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliability
- Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes
- Experienced in utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems and providing detailed feedback and solutions.
