Задачи:
- Manage and investigate application incidents;
- Support business users and coordinate with appropriate technical teams;
- Configure and maintain the Collibra platform or a similar SaaS solution;
- Manage APIs, connectors, and application settings across Development, QA, and Production environments;
- Open and follow up vendor tickets;
- Identify software defects;
- Support application upgrades;
- Stay aligned with new software releases;
- Implement configuration changes to meet business requirements.
Требования:
- Software Engineering background with an interest in SaaS platforms and enterprise applications;
- Experience with application configuration, incident management, and business user support;
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and Development, QA, and Production environments;
- Familiarity with Jenkins;
- Nice to have: Experience with Collibra;
- experience with similar Data Catalog or Data Governance platforms.
