Задачи:

• Contribute to features and products within the Data Platform for data and metadata access
• Apply a product-oriented mindset to engineering work
• Build reliable applications and assess operational risks during reviews and releases
• Build runbooks, alerting, and operational processes to ensure reliable service operation
• Adopt AI coding tools and workflows and share learnings with the team
• Work effectively with guidance from senior team members on a geo-distributed team while developing independence
• Communicate proactively across time zones through documentation, async updates, and direct user channels to keep stakeholders informed and unblock work

Требования:

• Have 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Have demonstrated experience contributing to team process improvements, particularly in service operations and AI adoption
• Have demonstrated experience participating in projects across multiple phases and navigating ambiguity
• Understand the complexities and challenges of building reliable and performant data access technologies
• Have 2+ years of Python programming experience and excellent debugging skills
• Be comfortable writing and debugging SQL statements
• Have experience with multiple layers of testing and test automation
• Have a product-oriented mindset and balance fast delivery with scalable, sustainable engineering
• Care about process and repeatability and seek to prevent recurring issues
• Be proactive, curious, and comfortable learning independently
• Be comfortable working through ambiguity with guidance and maintaining high operational standards
• Nice to have: direct experience with data or metadata access technologies, financial services experience, Kubernetes, Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or similar agentic coding tools, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry/Tempo, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, AWS, Kafka, federated query engines such as Trino
