- Drive the long-term evolution and technical strategy of the Document Domain, balancing product needs, scalability, reliability, and developer experience
- Champion AI-driven development workflows, mentoring engineers and improving the effectiveness, quality, and productivity of the engineering organization
- Lead cross-team initiatives to deliver document capabilities while aligning architecture and engineering practices across the track
- Contribute to the long-term domain excellence strategy, including AI Transformation of the Development Workflow
- Collaborate with other tracks to deliver product solutions while maintaining technical excellence
- Improve reliability and maintain high-quality standards
- Enhance developer experience
- Evolve the document platform to support new product capabilities
Требования:
- At least 6+ years of development experience with Python
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, including SQL, migrations, and optimization
- Strong knowledge of message queues, including RabbitMQ, NATS, and Kafka
- Knowledge of event-driven systems, DDD fundamentals, and asynchronous programming
- Fluency with AI workflows for development
- Experience mentoring other engineers
- Ability to work on domain strategy, identify challenges, and create solid one-year plans
- Good understanding of the development cycle from requirements analysis and deployment to application monitoring
- Extensive hands‑on experience developing applications
- Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly in English across engineering teams, verbally and in writing
