Requirements
- AI Engineer responsible for building an AI-driven document analysis platform using LLMs, RAG architectures and multi-agent workflows.
- Design provider-agnostic LLM and embedding interfaces.
- Develop a complete ingestion pipeline with PDF parsing, OCR fallback, section-aware chunking, metadata tagging, embeddings and vector indexing.
- Implement a hybrid semantic-keyword retrieval engine.
- Build agents with strict input schemas and structured outputs.
- Ensure scalability, explainability and data-residency compliance.
- Create evaluation frameworks covering retrieval quality, classification accuracy, citation validity, reasoning and prompt performance.
- Hands-on AI experience is mandatory.
- Clearly specify AI frameworks, tools and technologies worked with in the CV, particularly LLMs, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
- Strong Python, document processing, AI security/governance, technical documentation and SME collaboration skills.
