- Strong knowledge of Python
- Experience with open-source frameworks such as PyTorch, LangChain, etc.
- Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, TeamCity or similar CI/CD tools
- Experience with databases: RDBMS, NoSQL, or Graph databases
Good to Have
- Generative AI experience with Fine-tuning, Distillation, RAG, MCP, A2A
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Experience in Data Engineering
- Scripting skills: Shell, Regular Expressions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Awareness of Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, Splunk, and Public Cloud
