Python Developer – Generative AI & Backend Engineering

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and Generative AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python frameworks, LLM integration, cloud-native development, database management, CI/CD, and application security.

Required Skills

• Strong Python development experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.


• Backend development, REST APIs, OOP, software design principles, PyTest, and Git.


• Generative AI, LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI guardrails.


• SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization.


• AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline architecture.


• Authentication, authorization, secrets management, and secure coding practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

• React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and full-stack development.


• Kubernetes, monitoring, and observability tools.


• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.

Mandatory Skills

Python, Django, Flask, Docker, CI/CD Architecture.

Preferred Skill

Python Cloud-Native Development.
