• Strong commercial experience as a software developer using Python and Django
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and API design
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable working in an agile environment
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or high-traffic consumer platforms is advantageous
• Able to work on-site at our London office two days per week

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications with a Python backend
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs
• Work across backend services
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering colleagues
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack in a production environment
