- We translate customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- We assist with planning project activities and estimating proposed technical work.
- We author and review high‑quality design documentation and training materials.
- We conduct research to advance departmental workflows and business requirements.
- We support sales and marketing teams by providing key technical information.
- We move between diverse projects to expand our business and technical awareness.
