We are building a software team for one of the largest global sovereign wealth funds, with presence of investment in more than 38 capital markets. By managing large amount of assets~ more than USD 500 Billion, they rely on large volume of both unstructured & structured data. This hire would be pivotal in their scaling engineering initiatives such as production‑ready code written analytics.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimise Python-based solutions for large-scale data analytics.
- Work with cutting‑edge data libraries (pandas, polars, duckdb, PySpark).
- Support quantitative research and integrate ML/data science tools (scikit‑learn, scipy, etc.)
- Partner with engineers and analysts to strengthen data engineering practices
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced proficiency in Python.
- Hands‑on experience with modern data libraries for large datasets.
- Familiarity with ML and data science frameworks.
- Strong communicator, able to navigate constructive code reviews and engage with diverse stakeholders.
