Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Python, with familiarity with version control (e.g., Git)
  • Experience working in a Linux environment
  • Experience in building automation tools and managing system configurations
  • Knowledge of C++, KDB/q, and experience with technologies like Slurm, Airflow, Kafka, or AMPS
  • Background in enhancing system stability, scalability, and performance
  • Conducting root cause analyses to resolve incidents efficiently
  • Observability skillset for monitoring and analysis of system performance
  • Ability to identify and address bottlenecks to improve response times and resource usage
  • Demonstrable background creating and maintaining automation solutions for system operations, deployments, and incident management
