Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Python Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications and microservices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements, optimize database architectures, and ensure high performance and responsiveness across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and deploy highly scalable, testable, and efficient Python code.

• Develop robust RESTful APIs and integrate them with gRPC or microservices architectures.

• Architect and optimize database schemas (SQL and NoSQL) to ensure fast data retrieval and secure storage.

• Implement event-driven asynchronous workflows using messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, Celery, RabbitMQ).

• Debug production issues, identify bottlenecks, and improve overall system reliability and latency.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI) for APIs and service flows.

• Implement robust security measures, including fine-grained Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and data compliance standards.

• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end features.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of professional backend development experience using Python.

Frameworks: Deep proficiency in modern Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Databases: Strong practical experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM libraries (SQLAlchemy).

Version Control & CI/CD: Proficiency in Git, GitHub/GitLab, and continuous integration pipelines.

Problem Solving: Proven ability to independently triage and resolve high-impact production incidents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and orchestrating containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Knowledge of in-memory data stores like Redis and columnar databases like ClickHouse.

• Understanding of basic frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate seamless integration
