Python Developer

We are looking for Semi-Senior Software Engineers with experience in Python and Rust to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust microservices using Python and Rust.
• Identify bottlenecks in our Python applications and optimize them by rewriting critical modules in Rust.
• Collaborate on the design of scalable, secure, and highly available architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code (unit and integration testing).

Requirements

• Backend Experience: 3+ years of software development experience using modern programming languages.
• Python Proficiency: Strong experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, along with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming (asyncio).
• Rust Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience (or demonstrable personal projects), with a solid understanding of key concepts such as the Borrow Checker, memory management without a Garbage Collector, and safe concurrency.
• Databases: Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis/MongoDB).
• Best Practices: Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Python and Rust directly within the same applications or systems.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud environments.
