Python Developer

Role & responsibilities

• AI & Copilot Integration: Deploy AI models (via Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI) and implement Microsoft Copilot solutions for intelligent insights and natural language data querying.
• Unified Data Engineering: Design scalable Medallion Architecture data lakes (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) utilizing Dataflows Gen2 and Fabric Notebooks (PySpark/Python) for ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Semantic Modeling: Build enterprise-grade Power BI semantic models using Direct Lake, DAX, and KQL for high-performance analytics.
• Governance & Security: Implement enterprise-grade data security, row-level security (RLS), and workspace governance within the unified SaaS environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and KQL, combined with expert-level knowledge of Delta Lake and Azure Data Factory.
• Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience across the Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data & AI ecosystems (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse).
• Certifications: Candidates frequently hold or train for Microsoft's official credentials like the Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate or Fabric Data Engineer Associate.
