- Help determine priorities in coordination with the product owner
- Rewrite the software to a modern Python stack
- Take ownership of a product within a compact product team
- Debug production environments

- Have extensive full-stack development experience with a strong Python backend focus
- Have deep SQL knowledge
- Have experience with CI/CD and Docker
- Communicate effectively and work with a business-oriented mindset
- Collaborate easily with stakeholders
- Have excellent command of Dutch
- Nice to have: experience with AI and LLM integrations, Java
