Python Developer (Ridgefield Park)

We’re partnering with an established organization seeking a hands-on Software Engineer to build applications, connect systems, and automate business workflows. This role offers ownership across new development and modernization, with input into technical direction. This is a hybrid position based out of Northern NJ, and you will be expected to be in-office 2-3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain applications, APIs, integrations, and internal tools.
• Improve existing systems and automate manual processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to turn ideas into practical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture, code quality, security, and reliability.

What You Bring

• Ideally 3-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong skills in modern languages such as Python, React, and TypeScript (this role is back-end heavy)
• Experience with web applications, databases, APIs, and Git.
• Ability to own projects and communicate clearly with technical and business teams.

Cloud, CI/CD, workflow automation, and AI integration experience are pluses.
