Python Developer – Slot Math / iGaming

Develop and tune slot-game math models and paytables in Python, collaborating with designers to hit RTP and volatility targets for regulated iGaming markets.
GameCode was founded in 2017. We build online slot games for regulated markets across the USA, Canada, Europe, and beyond. Our team consists of more than 100 specialists, and we are looking for a Python Developer with hands-on iGaming and slot math experience.
What you will do
- Implement and fine-tune slot game math models and paytables
- Build and maintain game logic in Python
- Work closely with math and game designers to achieve RTP and volatility targets
- Test, validate, and simulate game math for compliance and fairness
What we expect
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years of professional Python experience
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming or the slots market
- 1+ year of experience implementing slot game mathematics
- English at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with RTP simulations and volatility analysis
- Familiarity with regulated markets such as the UK, USA or Canada
- Open-source contributions or personal Python projects
