Job Description
We are seeking a Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable Python services and AI/ML-enabled applications and a proven ability to design data models, optimize data workflows, and deliver production-grade APIs supporting GenAI initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven and AI-enabled applications.
- Build scalable Python services, APIs, and asynchronous workflows.
- Design and optimize data models and database solutions.
- Work with large-scale data processing platforms to enable reliable pipelines.
- Support AI/ML and GenAI initiatives, including model integration and optimization.
- Collaborate across product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Development: Python, FastAPI, Java, Spring AI, Async programming.
- Foundational models: Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, Llama, and local models.
- Machine learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow, and fine-tuning practices.
- AI frameworks: Google’s ADK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face.
- Orchestration: LangGraph and multi-agent systems.
- Retrieval augmented generation: PostgreSQL, vector databases, advanced retrieval.
- Deployment: Docker, production APIs, and monitoring.
- Applied methodology: prompt engineering, workflow design, and GenAI optimization.
Preferred Skills:
- Java and microservices.
- Design patterns and full stack development.
