Python Developer - London (Hybrid) - Up to £45,000

We're partnering with a growing technology-led business looking for a Python Developer to join their team as they continue investing in internal applications, AI initiatives and business automation.

This is a Python-first role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, building applications and taking ownership of their work. You'll join a business where developers work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand challenges, develop practical solutions and see the impact of what they build.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and enhancing internal applications, tools and integrations using Python.
• Building APIs and connecting business systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Working closely with Sales and other business teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities for technology-driven solutions.
• Turning ideas and business requirements into practical, user-focused applications.
• Taking ownership of solutions from concept through to delivery and ongoing improvement.
• Contributing to AI and automation initiatives across the organisation.
• Supporting and enhancing existing applications and internal platforms.
• Collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial experience developing with Python.
• Experience building applications, APIs, internal tools or automation solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to development.
