Role Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with strong experience in Credit Risk Modeling and deep understanding of the Banking Domain. The ideal candidate will also possess working knowledge of Kubernetes and should be comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications for credit risk modeling.
- Collaborate with data scientists and risk analysts to implement statistical and machine learning models.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate applications within Kubernetes-based environments.
- Contribute to code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration practices.
- Maintain strong understanding of banking products, regulatory requirements, and risk policies.
- Excellent hands-on experience with Python (6+ years preferred).
- Solid understanding of Credit Risk Modeling concepts and frameworks.
- Good exposure to Banking Domain processes and data.
- Proficient in Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
- Experience working in agile teams and DevOps environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) in the context of data pipelines or risk modeling.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS9, etc.
- Experience with data visualization libraries or BI tools is a plus.
