Python Developer
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.(non-negotiable)
At least 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Python development. (non-negotiable)
Experience working in the banking, financial services, or fintech industry is highly preferred.
Strong experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI. (non-negotiable)
Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles, API versioning, and exception/error handling. (non-negotiable)
Hands‑on experience with:
Docker (non-negotiable)
Docker Compose (multi‑container environments) (non-negotiable)
Experience working in enterprise software development environments, including:
AWS (non-negotiable)
CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline and CodeDeploy)(non-negotiable)
Coding standards and secure development practices(non-negotiable)
Version control using Bitbucket(non-negotiable)
Code review processes
Strong experience of relational and NoSQL databases: (non‑negotiable)
o PostgreSQL(non-negotiable)
o MongoDB+Kafka or any alternative implementation for a near real‑time data pipeline/streaming for large data sets.(non-negotiable)
o Basic to intermediate AWS knowledge (certification not required)
o CI/CD and Test‑driven Development(non-negotiable)
o Intermediate SQL background (MySQL, Postgre, Redshift) (non-negotiable)
Experience implementing API security using:(non-negotiable)
JWT
OAuth2
Good understanding of secure coding principles and application security best practices.
