About the Role

Cavista Technologies is looking for a driven Python Engineer (AI/ML) passionate about building intelligent systems and data-driven solutions.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and backend services using Python while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on functional and process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with diverse solutions delivery teams.
• Support assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscape.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams on AI strategy, research, and development.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into business solutions.
• Contribute to identifying and prioritizing areas where AI can deliver significant business value.
• Analyze and explain AI/ML solutions while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Apply knowledge of technology, strategy, and policy issues related to AI in healthcare.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying complex AI/ML solutions using Python.
• Experience working with cloud environments.
• Experience applying AI to practical, comprehensive technology solutions.
• Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, R, TensorFlow, Python, and NLP*.
• Knowledge of algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns.
• Experience developing REST APIs.
• Experience with NoSQL and RDBMS database design and optimization.
• Experience with innovation accelerators is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
