Python Engineer

YOU WILL

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
• Take ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle – from architecture and implementation to deployment and maintenance.
• Build robust, high-performance server-side solutions for production environments.
• Design and maintain APIs, including AI-powered endpoints integrating with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and optimize integrations with vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of the engineering architecture and codebase.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Kogo poszukujemy?

MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience developing backend applications in production environments.
• Strong commercial experience with Python.
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Experience designing and building large-scale, distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience integrating LLMs or third‑party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and software design principles.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with networking infrastructure.
• Experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience working with vector databases.
