Python Engineer Senior

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance software systems using Python.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to enhance application efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software components and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex software systems.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with cloud services and distributed systems is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
