Python Engineer – Specializing in AI and Machine Learning

• Collaborate with global development teams to analyze, plan, and execute technical solutions for client AI requirements with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Design and implement AI solutions, including automated calculations and letter configurations for new client installations or enhancing existing systems.
• Work closely with global teams to ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
• Gain expertise in developing automated AI models and letter configurations, with a focus on AI-driven processes.
• Stay updated with evolving business requirements and evaluate their impact on AI development and integration.
• Share knowledge and best practices in coding and software development, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the AI development team.
• Adhere to ISO standards, coding guidelines, and quality requirements to maintain the integrity of AI systems.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in Python.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning development.
• Expertise in AI development and a strong focus on creating scalable AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization in AI development.
• Experience with source code control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with structured software development lifecycle processes.
• Basic knowledge of Unix (Linux/AIX) and Oracle SQL.
• Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Python, machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and cloud technologies such as Azure.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLM), Generative AI, REST API, RAG, and agentic AI, with skills in fine-tuning using techniques like PEFT.
• Experience with LangChain, GeminiPro, OpenAI, or similar technologies is an advantage.
