We at Coforge are seeking Python Full stackTechnical Lead / Technical Architect with the following skill set:
- Core Stack: Python, Django, SQL(PostgreSQL or MySQL), React.js, Angular, Unit testing, GenAI tools (GHCP)
- Backend: Python 3.x with a mastery of Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Database & SQL: Advanced PostgreSQL or MySQL skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be proficient in writing complex joins, stored procedures, and optimizing queries for large-scale reporting (e.g., generating year-end tax statements)
- Solid understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and encryption standards
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between client-side Product Owners and Architects.
- API & Integration: Design and maintain RESTful APIs (DRF) for seamless integration with third-party HRIS, benefits providers, and banking gateways
- GenAI Proficiency: Expertly utilize GitHub Copilot (GHCP) to maintain high velocity, ensure code consistency, and automate documentation for complex payroll logic
