Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Python Full Stack Developer based in Pune Division, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing back-end systems, front-end interfaces, and full-stack applications. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing features, resolving technical issues, optimizing application performance, and ensuring software quality through thorough testing.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development, including experience with Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Knowledge and experience in Front-End Development, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Proven expertise in Software Development, with the ability to design, build, test, and maintain scalable applications.
• Familiarity with database management systems and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Ability to efficiently work in a hybrid environment, collaborating both in-person and remotely.
• Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in agile development practices is a plus.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Python Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python-based backend development, modern frontend technologies, and database management, with solid working knowledge of both Linux and Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications

• Develop backend services using Python, Django, Flask, or FastAPI

• Build responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React

• Integrate applications with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
