Python Fullstack Developer (React.Js)
Description
Full Stack Developer:
1. Behaviors and working style
This is our highest priority. We are looking for someone who:
- Communicates clearly
- Speaks up when requirements are unclear
- Raises concerns early
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability
- Can learn new technologies and solve unfamiliar problems
- Asks questions and independently works toward answers
2. SQL and data
Strong SQL and experience working with large datasets are important. PL/SQL is helpful, but it is not required.
3. Integrations and APIs
The candidate should have practical experience building, consuming, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations.
4. Application development
React, TypeScript, and Python are relevant, but we are not looking for a React specialist. We need someone who can work across the application and adapt to the technology required.
5. Cloud and DevOps:
General experience with cloud platforms, source control, deployments, and CI/CD practices is beneficial.
6. AI tools:
The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools appropriately to research, troubleshoot, and improve development work.
The key point is that we are looking for a versatile developer with strong behaviors, SQL, data, and integration skills. React is part of the profile, but it should not define the candidate search.
