Lead full-stack engineer building and scaling secure, low-latency enterprise web applications: React/TypeScript on the frontend, async Python FastAPI microservices on the backend, PostgreSQL/MongoDB data layers, and Docker/Kubernetes deployments on AWS/GCP, while mentoring the team.
Secondary skillset is Messaging Queue and AWS services
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience to drive the architecture, development, and scaling of our enterprise web applications. In this role, you will lead a high-performing engineering team, spearhead technical design, and build robust, high-performance systems using React for the frontend and FastAPI (Python) for the backend. The ideal candidate is an expert in asynchronous Python programming, distributed systems, and modern frontend architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design: Architect and deploy secure, scalable, and ultra-low-latency full-stack web applications.
Backend Development: Design high-performance, asynchronous RESTful APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI.
Frontend Engineering: Lead the design of component-based, responsive frontends using React, TypeScript, and optimized state management (e.g., Redux Toolkit).
Database & Optimization: Optimize complex relational database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL), query performance, and connection pooling.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior and senior engineers, establish clean coding standards, and run strict, constructive code reviews. DevOps & Cloud Integration: Drive CI/CD automation and containerized application deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP services. Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and UI/UX designers to translate complex workflows into technical execution.
